Phrag. Mountain Maid
This just arrived from Parkside today. No tag though! I'm going to have to email them about that.
Its a nice little plant - one old growth, one spiking mature growth, and two smaller growths, yet the leafspan is smaller than the one I got for my mom, which is good, since I have haynaldianum coming tomorrow!

Heather, that's a good looking plant and yes, I would definitely ask for a label and even find out if they did send you the right plant.
Very soon you might have to get rid of your non slipper orchids to make room for your slippers. Don't you just hate it when your space gets smaller and smaller?

Parkside is without a doubt my favorite orchid nursery, among those that I've dealt with thus far. Impeccable plants, and if you catch them during a sale...the bank account will be quickly depleted. I'm sure they'll have a tag for you asap, probably fell off during packing.

Very nice orchid indeed!!
Just where are you going to put all these big phrags and paphs? I still think some shelves would be good and you can attach your lights to them as well.

Heather, where are you going to hang it, oustide or inside? I like Gilda's suggestion. That way, I think you can put more orchids on the shelves.

I'm thinking on that, guys. I really do want shelving, or one of those nice etageres from gardener's eden, but have to reign in the spending for a bit. I would definitely hang inside, and probably something like my big boring Phal, not the Phrags.
Just heard from Tom and they are sending me the tag.

KK has wire hangers for pots. Have you tried those?
