    Default Encyclia flask arrived today!

It took alot longer than I expected, but the seller sent me an bonus flask so that made up for the delay. I hope it's not just more for me to kill

Remember this is my first attempt and feel free to chime in with hints and advice!

I have them in a 6in clear plastic pot, 3/4 filled with peanuts, then a layer of sphag. moss. I soaked them to get them out of the flask, laid them on top of the moss, them made a "tent" to keep the humidity in and put them on the bottom shelf.

All I can say is you are braver and have a LOT more patience than I do!!! I have to have them blooming or near blooming.....I don't even buy green bananas! Good Luck! BTW, what are you going to do with ALL those encyclias??? Opening your own greenhouse....

Hey, I'm always up for a challenge! IF they live, and get BS, I'm hoping to trade for other plants. Pray for the poor little things....

OMG you are cracking me up.... I'm the same way! It would absolutely KILL me to have to wait for YEARS to see a bloom!
