Great article, Clint! I figured you were going to go for it!

Of course you didn't mention that L. pumila snake in the woodpile, LOL! Blue-bloods or orange-bloods in this case, like to overlook such dalliances...

    Default Hey Julie!

    Hey McDetails...

I didn't mention it because I wasn't sure how to explain a purple orchid sneaking in there amongst the oranges and reds and not diluting the color somehow. I guess that's because purple is recessive? I wouldn't think so considering the sheer number of purples. Does anyone know?

For me, this was a real accomplishment as I don't consider myself the writing type...(I would much rather take the oral exam!)

I don't think purple is all that recessive...I'm guessing it was only the pollen parent, but I really don't know. All of that orange certainly shouted it down!

I think all of the articles are great! We're sort of like the Special Oympics, LOL! In more ways than one... We're all winners!

So write something about the struggles you have had. Maybe someone can learn from your, er, um, troubles.

Ok...so I'm WAY behind...but Diane, that is positively hilarious. I nearly choked on my pizza (better? than coffee coming out my nose...I think).

I'm don't think I'm going to write anything about Catts, but where can find the articles? I read Kerry's post, and it didn't make that much sense.

Here is the link: Orchid Articles

You can find it on the lobby page of the site under Navigation. Click the people at the top of the page to go to the main page. The Site Navigation box is on the left near the top.

    Default Not to be outdone...

I was inspired this morning while watering and inspecting the new growth on one of my favorite Cattleya species, so I couldn't resist another article:

Don't worry, Kerry. I understood what you meant about some sort of ranking system for frequent posters. I like your rainbow ranking system. ROYGBIV with red being first and violet being the top tier.
