    Default Paphs in semi-hydro?

I know Paphs are terrestrial plants, but I've also read that they really like s/h. Does anyone have theirs in s/h? Thoughts? Opinions? I'm basically planning a bulk buy of pots for all the plants that will need repotting in the next few months and I don't know if I should count these guys. Thanks!

Ali, I just finished re-potting about eighty-five orchids into LECA. None of them have "skipped a beat" and ALL are doing well. I do not have any paphs, but if I did, they would have been re-potted into it also. I used clear plastic, so that I could pick them up & acess the roots condition.....The last one to be re-potted was done ten days ago. I am very happy with the LECA. Betty :-)

Betty, the ones I do have in LECA seem to love it!! I'm pretty sure eventually all of mine will be in it. Just wasn't sure if terrestrial orchids liked being as wet.

If you do make the jump, take some photos of the process and progress to share. I would like to see how paph orchids would do in Semi-hydro too.

    Cheers,
    BD
