Default Fog system in my greenhouse

I have just finish the setup the fog sysyem in my greenhouse, Orchids (mainly Stanhopeinae) and Amorphophallus.

The Fog System uses very high water pressure and specifically designed nozzles placed at precise intervals to give the optimum humidity level, i work with 80%.
The entire system including high pressure pump, plastic tubing and 6 steel nozzles with ruby, my greenhouse is about 5m X 2m and 3m tall.
The system is automated by an hygrostat that manage the pump, when the humidity level is low the pump work wit 30S on an 60S.
    Seems to be in Borneo!!!!!

Looks awesome, is it in a basement?? The set-up looks cool. I would de-couple it from the hygrostat at night, since you do not want to fog and mist at night as it will increase the chances of fungii.

    Ciao Halloamey,
seems to be in a basement because was night out of my greenhouse
About the night isn't a problem, due to the lower temperature as happens outside during the night the humidity increase inversely to temperature and do not need to use fog.

WOW! If it is working for you, that is wonderful! In my case, when it gets above 70 percent, the leaves get wet, and I get fungus & mold. I keep my humidity about 50 to 60 % with a misting system which runs around the bottom of the greenhouse. ( My greenhouse is 14 X 9 ft. ) That way, the orchids get the moisture they need without getting their leaves wet...Betty

Yes espranch the fog don't make the leaf wet but increase the air humidity, I think it is a good way to run with high humidity species.

I'm with Betty on keeping it below the plants. But it seems to be working for you. Looks nice and humid.

I am looking to build a mister to keep temperature down. We have 38 Deg C at the moment. I have seen these systems being used in many open air restaurants here for the same purpose. The nozzles make the water particles so small that it evaporates before touching the ground.
Buying commercial systems is very expensive. Building one myself will be better. Any ideas?
