    Default dosmatic Microdos 2.5%

I bought this dosmatic Microdos 2.5% and was wondering if someone had used one or could explain what the 2.5% means . I had it set at 1.1 ratio and i thought it would use 1 gallon of concentrate to 100 gallons of water but it seems to use more and i'm wondering if maybe the 2.5% means it is a different ratio even when set on 1.1. If someone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
    thank you

I never use but 2.5% simple mathematical basically referring to the amount of Microdos in 100 mls meaning the weight of of microdos is 25 mg in 100 mls of water ( if this is a solution) whereas 1.1 refer to the amount of given substances is equal in number. Depending on the contents of microdos if they used for example of 25mg of X salts + 25mg of Y salts the solution finally the ratio is 1:1 no matter whatever you dilute them into the water that is my understanding.

That is merely the specification of it's maximum delivery concentration - 2.5% = 1:40. It is adjustable to deliver anywhere from 1:200 (0.5%) to that max.
