S/H media is here...
OK, I am in the S/H band now too. Actually, I have been for a few weeks, but the plants came pre-packed in S/H. I got my first batch of media today. I am not sure WHAT brand (if any) it is, but I paid $20 plus $32 for shipping for it from a place in OH. I was told by someone else that bought from there that it is, or just like, the old style of Prime Agra.
I will clean some up and take pics of it later.

Yeah. My biggest problem with S/H so far is letting DH see the invoice.

Tell me about it. I bought a 50lt Hydroton bag from a store in Athens for 40 euro (that's 53$) but seems cheap comparing to the shipping fees I would have to pay to vendors in the E.U.

Just drop a reminder that it is like buying a high quality, lifetime guaranteed tool for the shop. This stuff lasts forever and over the life of the plants will more than pay for itself. Plus the time saved in repotting so you will have more quality time left over....... maybe?

Hmmmm, I think I will keep Renee. We were looking at that really nice species Cattleya lueddemanniana posted by Pat. Dianne commented, "Oh yeah, I could make room for that one." Renee chimed in that SHE could too! hehe
