I forgot my password - Help!

If you forget your password, you can click on the 'Forgotten Your Password' link on any page that requires you to fill in your password.

This will bring up a page where you should enter your registered email address, (the email address you used when registering for membership with OrchidTalk) and an email will be sent to that address instantly, with instructions for resetting your password.

When you get the new password sent to you by RVO's OrchidTalk, be sure to enter it exactly as it appears. Do not add any extra spaces before or after the new password. Some members have reported trouble when using the copy/paste function to enter the new password, they inadvertently selected an empty space in addition to the new password and the system would not allow them to login. So play close attention to the number of characters in your password when you enter it.

Once you have entered your new password and have logged back into the forum, change your password to something you will remember. Do this by visiting your User CP. This is a link found on every page of the OrchidTalk Orchid Forum. You can see it on the top left of the screen when logged into our community.
