Default How to start a new thread

Once you have registered and verified your email address by clicking on the link sent to you in the registration email, you can start posting. I recommend you watch the OrchidTalk Help Videos to learn specifics, but if you are ready to jump in and start a thread, then here is a quick way to get you started.

To start a new thread, you just need to select the NEW THREAD button at the top of the listing category where you would like to post.

For example, if you wanted to start a thread in:

ORCHID AILMENTS - The Compost Pile

Go to the above link and on the top left, under the page title, " Orchid Ailments / The Compost Pile at OrchidTalk Orchid Forums - Grow Orchids!,"
you will see a button called "NEW THREAD". Just click on it and start posting. It is the same in every category.

Go to the OrchidTalk Forum Listing Page to see all the categories in one page. Click the individual category headings to go inside that area and find the "NEW THREAD" button. Good luck & see you in the forum!

Cheers,
BD

We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but they all exist very nicely in the same box. ...Hmmm? .
