Nice job, Bruce! You worked long and hard at this. And I know what's involved! You should feel very proud, even if the gestation was prolonged. The advance copy I saw in New York was awesome! I can't wait till mine arrives.

Thanks All! Here is an update. This morning around 8:00 the book was listed as number 16,000 something on the best seller list. Right now it is in the low 7,000's hehehehehehehe!!! Cool.

Thanks everyone! I found the book listed at four other online book stores. It is also listed at Amazon in Denmark and the UK! Still nothing on Borders or B&N yet, but I am keeping my fingers crossed. Thanks for all the support!
