Sorry, Murray, they charged so much down there. That seems like an extreme markup. In the states and on Amazon in most of Europe and Canada it is the same price, 39.95 US.

That is extreme for shipping charges. Both Amazon and B&N offers free shipping (at least in the US) and B&N sells the book for $4.00 less for members. Total 35.95 (shipped). I just checked their shipping and here is what it says:
I wish everyone who was getting the book could get the free shipping. I don't understand why it costs so much to ship things lately.
