Small...nice shape and color..what's not to like?
I have a lot of urges to buy plants in the winter too--must be because everything is dead outside and I need me something green!

Potinara Hoku Gem 'Freckles' is one of the many star shaped catts that I aquired during my great shopping spree last winter. This is one of my favorites so far, of the ones that have bloomed for me. It's interesting, the lighter flower opened about three days ahead of the second, darker one...I assume the second will fade to the more orange color.

MtEquine, the flowers should continue to lighten until they are yellow. Some of the Hoku Gems get a bit taller -- yours appears to be like my Hoku Gem 'Super Spots' -- quite small![]()
Just lovely. What a wonderful color.
Nice color there!

It's fabulous! I have so many in this "family" - star-shaped, spotted, orange/red - on my wish list!
