I like looking at floof, although I don't grow any (unless Encyclias count?).


Does anyone know where the term "floof" originates?

umm, errr... well, I... umm...

I really actually like this one.... in fact during the weekend when we had orchid fairs galore I was asking around for a white *aherm* floof... I've been looking for one for ages... but all that's around are hybrids using whites which apparently could come out pink...

So I bought lots of Paphs and lots of Phals instead...

You've got to move to the States! I have a white Carl Hausermann that put out 4 new growths after blooming this winter and will have to be divided - and I don't need two of them... It is the one in my avatar photo. :D
