your "claw tiger" is a " jade vine", also native to the philippines, just like the last pix which is also a vine, but dont know the name.
your "bell flowers" is some kind of "fuchsia".

Hi Raika, The first post, fourth flower, is an Amaryllis- looks like one called 'Apple Blossom'. The fourth post shows a beautiful array of Pansies.

The first 3 pics of post#1 are what we call here (ahem) member-cactus's. So-called because it consists of a lot of 2 inch or more sections interlocking one after the other. Schlumbergera is what the English-speaking world calls it, according to wikipedia. It can become quite a bulky plant.
