Sad looking Phal

My partner has this sad looking phal and asked me what to do as she thinks I know. I won`t tell her that all my skills come from advice from this forum.
The flowers fell of within 2-3 days of each other and the leaves have been floppy for about 2 months.
Can you help from the photographs please?

Time to cut that spike off and repot the orchid. It also - most likely - needs more light. I suspect root rot as well from the state of the leaves. Here is a video you can share on repotting a phal:
