When your camera keeps trying to do an autofocus on the wrong part, try holding your hand up to the part that you are focusing on, catch the focus on your hand, and then move your hand to take the shot.

Have a den which is probably budding. The tip does not appears to be turning darker (less green). In case it is some type of fungal/bacterial problem, can it be sprayed with Physon 20 or will this be harmful?I couldn't take a better picture.

This soft cane Dendrobium to me look like a bud no need to spray as your plant is so healthy.
When plants produce new growth sometimes it is natural for parts of the plant to seem weakened.
I don't think it's a good idea to spray the buds with Physan 20. I've ruined buds by spraying them with Safer's soap and that's a very mild product. A few products that are labeled 'Rose & Flower' are specifically designed to be sprayed on open flowers and on buds but those are insecticides and not fungicides.
