That really is a very beautuful bloom, Angel. Wish we were closer to one another I would be happy to swap you a start of the solid pink Spath for one of this. I'll have to keep my eye out for it. I really like the groundies I can find in my area.

Thank you, Tony. I haven't seen a solid pink spath. We have solid violet and yellow but haven't seen solid pink in my locale, or maybe I just missed it. I'm not that fond of Spaths but when I saw this one, I just had to have it. I moved to to a spot where it will get more sun this time so it will bloom more oftern
Well Angel, I had a pic of my pink Spath to show you, but you need to be practically a systems analyst to reduce photos to be accepted here! Sorry.

Thank you for the lovely picture Tony. Yeah, now I remember seeing this one along one of the fences in my town. There is this one house on the other side of town with a wonderful collection of spaths planted all along the fence. The display was so colorful we stopped awhile just to stare.
What is remarkable about the spathis that it is able to take the afternoon sun of the Philippines. Quite a hardy one.
