Default Odcdm and other orchid blooms

Just wanted to post a few blooms. The first two are reblooms for me. The Odcdm. had a spike with about 10 flowers on it when I got it last year. This year it started to spike just as I had to move from Florida (outdoor growing) to Michigan (indoor growing). The plant clearly wasn't happy about it, but gave me one flower to say, "you could have had more, but you HAD to move me, didn't you?" Yes, they talk to me.

The third flower is one of my favorites and a first time bloomer for me. I know it isn't actually in bloom yet but I can hardly contain my excitement and wanted to share it! I peek in on it at least 4 times a day just to see if one flower has opened...you know how they say, "a watched pot never boils"...maybe my orchids are trying to teach me a lesson in patience.

Your red flower is Colmanara ( or nowadays Oncidium) Wildcatt ; I forget tha varietal name - if you want it I will check it out - I have this and another in flower in my greenhouse at present - might be Bobcat)

The small flowered pink vandaceous plant is not christensonianum , which is a yellow and green flower ; may be a christensonianum hybrid ; I have one bought from a well-known Florida breeder when he came to UK last year , trhe cross is ampullaceum x christensonianum, and the plant looks exactly like yours - very narrow leaves, very dark colour, and my flowers opened last week ; like a smaller version of ampullaceum but rather a washed out pink colour.

Geoff, from what little I know the Vandaceous plant is a recognized species. Was originally named Ascocentrum christensonianum (different from Christensonia vietnamica) and now is called Vanda christensonianum and Christensonia vietnamica is called Vanda vietnamica.
