A cutie for sure..
Does the dorsal open up more, or keep that little 'gable' at the top?
Well done that man errr wo man.
Very pretty.
Diane,
This is my first blooming, so I don't know how it is suppose to do,or did. It was a gift last year, and had already bloomed...it has been open for about 4 days...so it probably will not open any more. Could not enough moisture or too much light cause that ??
very nice in its own right, but also a sentimental favorite for me, as this species was my first paph (back when I didn't like paphs). the flowers are usually a little cupped; the ones that open up flat are the exception rather than the rule.
Thanks for the info Jason...I have seen pics of more cupped concolors than ones that open flat.
the flat ones look odd to me that my first inclination is "that's not a real concolor". kind of like that fcc/aos spicerianum with a flat dorsal. that just isn't the way it's supposed to be...
Very pretty , and I learned something new . Thanks for sharing your bloom . Gin
Nice one Gilda!
