Went in and filled in my profile. No problem. Tried to change my password from the temporary one assigned when I registered. Site said that action was not supported on my device and sent me back to the home page and here. What do I do?

Hi Charles,
To change your password you will need to login through an actual computer, not a mobile device. The mobile site is not programmed to handle that request. Follow the instructions in your email on a desktop/laptop or a tablet using the desktop browser and you should be able to complete the update.
