It reminds me of Den. Gatton Sunray. But the flowers on yours have a more well-defined dark spot at the upper center of the lip while Gatton Sunray has the spot spread more sideways. I found this post by Roy some time ago:

Looks familiar. Certainly Gatton Sunray comes to mind , but remember that is a hybrid , and has certainly been re-made more than once, so a little variuation in spot size between different examples, and maybe different cultures too, is to be expected. I'd be happy with that ID p-especially if you see more than single flowers when better grown.
