    Default Amateur Night 5

    Still learning. Been painting a year and a half now and my orchid paintings are not publishable yet. So here are a few 'tweens.
    Pensacola lighthouse, Moorish Idol, Beach Fence, and Magnolia. Thanks for looking and thanks for your encouragement!

    I don't know why but painting has always intimidated me. It just seems very complicated with all the colors and textures. Maybe one day I will give it a try but for now I will just look instead.

    I think your paintings are very nice. I like the beach one...makes me want to go and sit next to one of those posts and just listen to the waves.
