Connie,
You just gotta pick 'em up and repot them. Maybe give them a shot of KLN or SuperThrive...

Oh man what a bad week!! My neighbor knocked my catt Irene Finney and sent it flying. He broke the pot, as well as several leaves. One split badly right up the middle. Looks like another emergency repotting......or two. I went out to put away my tools after working on my finney and another that got bumped by the flying catt got unseated and I found it laying on the ground, out of its fern basket. Anybody got a shot of vodka? I think i'm gonna get a twitch soon. Yikes!!!!
Any suggestions on how to ease the shock factor?

Oh poor Connie. I feel for you. I bet your neighbor never does that again! Is he still alive?
When is the service for the neighbor ! It should be fine .. Gin
We will all chip in and send an arrangement for the neighbor's services. Hope all are on the mend.

Sorry to hear about what happened. Best wishes for a speedy recovery for the chids. May your neighbour's eternal task in the underworld be repotting.
Goodness, maybe you should visit your neighbor at his/her home from now on.
I think the plants will be fine. Orchids are tough.
Cheers,

I feel your pain...but the reply posts are very funny!
My little Igor is protected with my 45 Mag. lol. No goes near it without fearing for their life!Admire from a distance...I say.
Can this person be reported for domestic violence on an orchid? Take pics and put a police crime scene tape around the scene.![]()
Um, no I couldn't kill him....his wife might get kinda mad and we are neighbors after all. I didn't even get to hit him....he's older than Methuselah and I usually dont beat up old people. Sooooooooo, its sitting bare root in a pot waiting for a root soak and repotting. For now I am working on saving as many p-bulbs as possible and getting 'chilled out' after all, it will regrow and be pretty again if i'm patient. I also repotted the second one that got knocked out of it's basket, thankfully its doing fine.
As I like to say; 'this too shall pass'.....
