I think it will be good. 1000footcandles for 12 hours is good for most orchids.

Hi I'm new to Orchid Growing and have a few quick questions on my lighting situation at home.
1. I'm currently using One full spectrum cfl that is 85 watts @ 5,000K (it is about 2 inches from the folliage, one 23 watt full spectrum natural cfl (I don't have the K reading on it) it is about 7 inches from the roots and a two 20 watt full spectrum tubes about 3 ft. away. I've used a camera and it reads about 1,000 foot candles i think? and a cheep store baught light meter that reads the same measured at the folliage. I don't think I have enough light? Will this do until I can get another 85 watt cfl?
2. I have this set-up in my office, and I'm trying to not make it look totally like a greenhouse. I don't have access to window lighting. Please help anyone who has some input. Will this set-up work? I think I will be able to get another cfl in a coulple of months? See below I've attached pictures of my setup. Thank you to anyone who can help. Mary
