    Default Burstin at the seams...

I thought I'd memorialize my windowsill growing days by taking a quick photo. THe greenhouse glass should be on a truck headed my way Friday of next week assuming all goes as planned--cross your fingers.

As you can see, the orchids have taken over the breakfast nook. In the interest of full disclosure (which the lawyer in me feels obligated to make ) the vandas are new additions. I cannot claim to have grown plants like that on my windowsill--they are just haningout for a week or so until the greenhouse is ready.

Lol Sadie, I was just thinking "How the heck did the vandas bloom over there? and the blinds closed as well!". And then I read your disclaimer

    Beautiful collection you got there.
Once you have the GH built, you will need to resist the urge to buy truckloads of orchids to fill it up

Look at all of those blooms! I can see you are ready for our big SWROGA show in May! Hhehe... I sure hope you will add some of your lovely blooms to the society exhibit.

    Cheers,

What beautiful orchids, My cats would have them all over the place if I dared to put them out like that! Especially the ones with the nice pretty roots hanging down.

Your 'chids look like they are already excited about the new GH. Congrats and good luck! (I'm so envious....... but very happy for you!)
