LOL! It is tacky, but it works. You can see the results. It is mostly packing peanuts with some sphag on top that has turned to moss. We water them once a week and they seem to be doing great. We put them in these containers when they were so tiny we had to hold them up with tooth-picks. The container on the right of the image has some tiny-tiny-tiny paphs of the same variety growing it it. LOL. These two front 'pots' have come a long way.

    Cheers,
    BD

Good to know that I'm not the only person who uses food containers for seedling pots, albeit annuals and herbs. I'd much rather spend my money on plants than pots in which to grow them.

Pyrex, nicely grown. I've never done seedlings so any advice I could give you would be utterly useless.

BD, excellent looking plants. Feel free to ship the whole lot to me if you feel like you're going to die of embarrassment..

Well, if that was the only thing that I had to be embarrassed about, I would do it. Luckily, I don't take my self very seriously. hehe... Thanks for the compliments.

    Cheers,

Those are some happy seedlings, Bruce! The cool whip container has served it's purpose well! I have a delantii cross that's about to bloom.
