Sheila, both those plants will do very well with regular Catt culture: strong light, direct sun very early mornings and late, late afternoons, with media / roots allowed to dry slightly between waterings. Both are easy to grow and bloom provided you give them the light they require. Have fun!

    Default Onc. Sweet Sugar?

I'd like to know what I'm doing wrong. I do finally have two of these alive and growing, but they won't give me spikes. Any suggestions? Thx. Sheila

Assuming they're healthy plants and not just on the verge, I would say more light is needed, again. 90% of time, when orchids don't rebloom and the plant is growing well otherwise, not enough light is the culprit. Sweet Sugar is a reliable bloomer, not fussy at all. Try putting them in a brighter location (no direct sun, certainly not at first) and see what happens!
