BTW Ron, what you make is Tzatziki. Try grating the cucumber and remove excess water by pressing the grated cucumber with your hands in a colander, or it might let out a lot of water later in the mix while you refrigerate it. Also try adding a little white wine vinegar and salt. Remember the texture shouldn't be runny, it should be able to stand on bread or fries.
