That's an awfully broad question that can be answered by "Grow your plants better", but I know that's not much help.
Can you please be more specific?

Good evening all...
Can anyone suggest how to improve/develop pseudo-bulb and pseudo-stem growth???

Ya...Like we are growing Dendrobiums, Cattleyas, Encyclias, etc. for which the new growth must be of equal or some what bigger size. So to maintain the constant growth or better growth what will be the care tips (like amount of nutrient supply)?
Some Asian countries like Thailand, Philippines, etc. they are using Vitamin B like things for their Dendrobiums. Are they really working??
If the new growths are progressively smaller than the previous ones, something is amiss in the overall culture, but generally speaking, unless you don't feed them at all, it is not likely to be a nutritional issue. There are simply so many possibilities, without more info, it would take a book to cover everything.
If you can tell us the current growing conditions, your choice of potting media (and when it was last replaced), how often you water, how much/how often you feed and with what formula, maybe we can help identify the shortfall.
