BD, thats the strangest looking Dick Clements I've seen, it looks like the sargentianum, no besseae. I wouldn't mind it but I would have to check the label. Could be a great breeder with that color.

This phrag has a great red. I took a close up of the pouch too. Enjoy.
Phrag. Mem. Dick Clements (sargentianum 'Terry' x besseae)

it's lovely... love the colour and the way the dorsal is held...
after reading Roy's comments, checked orchidwiz and googled around and it does seem like there's definitely sargentianum in there but no bessae.. maybe a selfing rather than the cross happened...
nice reaaaallly nice
Roy, Tim, I am not sure. Here is the tag that came with the plant. We got it from the breeder in Hawaii. I can see what you mean, though.
Cheers,

Very pretty. Funny how one petal is twisted clockwise the other anti-clockwise.
BD, I see it but I don't believe it. If you have a catalog from the grower I would look at what other crosses he sold around that time. It could be a sargentianum x lindleyanum crossing. Both are very similar.
Wow, you guys are good.
I'm really not up on Phrags, obviously, but I have seen some very careless vendors out there whose labels are suspect. So, I suspect Roy is quite right to be doubting it.
Cheers,
Rob
Another winner Bruce whatever the name!
