My beloved Ingaborg

This is my little Ingaborg (Paphiopedilum venustum) and I received her for volunteering at The Northwest Flower & Garden Show.
This summer she developed a new growth, but the center turn brown and papery. I felt like something was wrong, but I left her alone. About a week ago I unpotted her to check out her roots and it turns out that all but three of her roots have rotted away. I trimmed her dying roots, soaked her in a DYNA Gro K-L-N/Superthive solution, and repotted her into s/h.
I wrapped her in a bag to increase the humidity and left her like that for about two days. I took the bag off the morning of the second day and I noticed some mold was growing on her newest growth (from the the summer), so I hit her with some cinnamon.
Yesterday I unpotted her again and noticed that her newest growth was producing more mold so I cut it off and removed two slightly yellowing leaves. To my delight I noticed the oldest growth at a new bud developing on the side. So I soaked her again in my DYNA Gro K-L-N/Superthrive solution and repotted her in s/h.

Hopefully this will be a success story, so I am keeping my fingers crossed. What do you guys think? Will it survive or will it take a disastrous turn (the roots still look like they might be molding)? Any new advice?

PS I don't if those little white hairs, in the last photo, are part of the roots or if it is mold. I checked today and there are more of them.

Terry, I know nothing about Paphs in particular but I know that unpotting and repotting a sick plant is putting a lot of extra stress on the plant, the bag technique has never worked for me and S/H, in my experience is not great for ailing plants with root problems ...
Hopefully an experienced Paph grower will be able to help you out and give you some good advice to help your plant get better soon!

I know I have been abusing her. But recently she sent out another new growth.
She is such a fighter!
