    Default Trisetella hirtzii

    Hi guys

I thought I'd share a tiny little bloom in my new terrarium with You I'm sorry I'm not more active than I am, reading and exams take up most of my time these days

Well, anyways, I don't know if I posted anything regarding my new terrarium, but in case I didn't I'll just tell you
I got a bit tired of my old 6' tall monster.. So I sold it including the snake Tarzan. Instead I built a 3' tall tree-trunk from PUR foam and incased it in glass. The light is slely highpower LEDs and it works like a charm, everything is growing like crazy
This of course obligated me to start buying a lot of minitures and I got this little guy in Germany. It came with a small hint of an inflorescense (very small.. the leaves are only 1" long) but it survived the trip from Germany and decided to keep on growing in its' new home. Here it is: (incl. a pic of the new terrarium)

    I hope You like it

Good to see you back on here Christian... and totally understand if u have to focus on the exam... after all, when that is done for the year, u have the holidays to catch up on the happenings on the forum...

that is a really cute orchid... looks like it could be related to Masdevallias... the thing about the mini's are there is so much beauty in them but u really have to focus to find it... like an adventure... hmm, i think the champagne is working, I'm babbling...
