    Default visit at phipps conservatory

    Over the weekend I went to Phipps Conservatory in Pittsburgh. We took lots of pics of course. Sorry I couldn't narrow these down more. And I don't have names. A lot of them had little tags nearby but I wasn't bothering with writing things down And I'm not familiar enough to know what's what. Enjoy.

    nice thanks for sharing...I recognize a few of them

    pic 1 = Iwan. Apple Blossom

    2= Paph lowii

    4= Cattleya aurantiaca

    6 is most likely Phrag Mem. Dick Clements

    I visited a few times when I lived there.

    In fact, my wallpaper is a photo of myself in the rose garden just outside of the main gate.

    I was there once years ago. I'll be visiting again this year. I'd like to go when all the outdoor areas are bloomed.

    Found a pic with one tag, photo 8 is Cymbidium Red Beauty Evening Star.
