my orchid has successfully grow into protocom state but not greenish. so i need to transform gene into the orchid. this research due date is around the corner that on 10 April . so can u guys help me in how to increase the growth of ths orchid so i can transform it and analyze using GUS and PCR..can anyone???i like to no the medium that been use in culturing the orchid.
The genus is vanda n dendrobium...so...could u all. help....me...im in big trouble now

I agree with Ron may be light problem, secondly could be the media that you used , lacking some of micro elements, thirdly could be oxidation / reduction process that inhibit the progress of protocom.
