I got this beautiful phal yesterday-but i have no clue what it is! Does anybody here know what the name of it is?
There are alot of spotted crosses...you may just want to give it a cute name yourself. We all refer to no names as Noids. Unless you intend on crossing plants, it's not really a big deal about the name. If however you plan on crossing someday, buy only named plants. There are so many hybrids it's impossible without genetic testing to find out what they are.
Ditto to what Connie & Ischel said. The only thing I can say is it is one of the harlequin Phals, and these days, probably more than half of the ones being sold out there are harlequins. If there is a grower tag in it (sometimes grocery & big box store phals have them), you could try contacting the grower--I believe I recall Howard (BikerDoc) finding out the identity of one that way. If not, enjoy your beautiful plant and don't stress out too much over the name.
