    Default Orchid Identification

    I got this plant for my birthday last year, I have split it repotted 3 other plants off of it and it is growing great. No new flowers since I got it though :/ I must be doing something wrong, but before i can figure out what I am doing wrong I need to figure out what type it is. I know it's not a phal. but after that I have no clue! Please help.
