1. Open up any image then go to Filter>Extract ..
2. next step using the brush(green) highlight that lady body and use the paint bucket(blue) to fill in then click OK.
3. after result.
4. now create new layer Press Shift + Ctrl + N and rename background -> Gradient tool and fill in
5. You almost finish now put the lady on top of background layer and select lady pic press Ctrl+J to duplicate the lady picture and select model copy go to Blending Option >Screen > Opacity decrease to 50%.
6. Congratulation you're done!

Any update for current versions of Photoshop? It appears CS5 doesn't have Filter>Extract anymore. I know there's a quickmask tool, but this tut made extract look so much easier haha
