Orchid Identification - Phalaenopsis.

Okay, so I bought this orchid at a big box store and am having a little trouble trying to find the right identification for it. I think I have it narrowed down between Sunflower and Soto Manager. Think you guys could help me out?



I also bought this one at the same big box store, except it was quite a while back - my very first orchid. I've been dying to try and find one like it, but I'm left with no luck. I would appreciate the name if you could identify it. Thanks!

i can't help with the id, what i learned is that if its a hybrid its almost impossible to id them.
maybe a more experience grower can give you a better answer. btw, those are lovely
blooms.

hi cole, cant help you with the phal id, but second one should be degamoara winter wonderland.

Thanks for both of your help. I guess I'll just have to guess on the first one with whatever seems close enough. On the second, though, I found that the genus Barkeria and Beallara has orchids extremely close to what it looks like. If anyone knows anything about Barkeria/Beallara, please do tell!

hi,
beallara looks similar to degamoara coz they share the same parents, miltonia and ondotoglossum.
barkeria is a genus with its own species.
