yes a European terrestrial that was introduced near Rochester, NY and has spread fairly far and wide

Wow, even prettier than the other one. I like the color. I sure am going to be disappointed if I don't see any Epipactis this weekend! I will just have to keep hiking until I do.
Do they generally grow near water?
