Mango Salsa

[mtequine]

1. Peel/dice mangos
2. Cut avocado into pieces (less ripe maybe better)
3. Chop 1/4 cup +/- cilantro
4. Juice of at least one fresh lime

Carefully mix all ingredients in a bowl (you don't want to turn the avocado into guacamole!) and then transfer to a serving dish. Surround with your favorite corn chips or other salsa dipping item like pita chips. Enjoy!

This too sounds incredible! I have never had mango and avocado in the same dish. I love salsa and all the ingredients you list, Jenny, so this one is going on the shopping list. It is funny because I recently saw mangos in the grocery store and thought 'I wonder what I can make with one of those?' LOL!

you don't know what you're missing. try it. I love, but I don't put the cilantro (cause I don't like the taste) I put fresh parsely. it works well too.
