    Default Frozen Hot Chocolate

    Put chocolate pieces and 1/2 cup milk in a bowl and microwave for about 90 seconds. Stir. Put back in microwave for about 30-60 seconds more. Stir again until the melted chocolate is well blended with the milk.
    Add chocolate powder mix and sugar. Stir until well blended.
    Put 1 cup milk, chocolate mixture, and ice in blender. Blend until smooth.
    Top with whipped cream
