Melt the butter, then combine it with the graham cracker crumbs and brown sugar. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 10 inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 325 degrees Farenheit.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, condensed milk, and vanilla. Add eggs and beat on low just until combined.
Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 cup marshmallows. Pour over crust.
Bake for 40-45 minutes at 325 degrees until center is almost set.
Sprinkle with 1 cup marshmallows. Return to oven for 4-6 minutes until marshmallows are puffed.
Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips and shortening in microwave. Stir until smooth, then drizzle over marshmallows.
Cool for 10 minutes, then loosen by running a knife around the edge of the pan. Cool one hour more, then refrigerate overnight.

the darker the chocolate the better...miammmmm
