    Default Ever Blooming Phal

Hi all- This Phalaenopsis amazes me, it has been in bloom for over 8 months now. I've been amazed as it has produced a new growth and bloomed three times off the same spike. As soon as the previous blooms begin to drop, it is budding and blooming again. The picture is of the blooms off the second offshoot. I'll add one of the original blooms when I can dig it off my home computer. -Derek

Congrats. My Phal Solid Gold is doing that now. I'm just letting it sit by the window (gets chilly here at night). Then FULL morning sun for at least 3 hours. That seems to keep them going.

I don't know about a record. I do know that this beast has been in bloom when it first started snowing up here. I picked it up on a cold and rainy day, as winter was coming. Hard to believe it bloomed through the winter, and then added two offshoots on the original spike which have in turn bloomed.
