All- These blooms were awesome, but very short lived. Very brightly colored green. -Derek

It is a pretty good size, although smaller than the Dgmra StarsAndBars and Odbrssa Kenneth Bivins. The longest leaves are a good 18-20 inches.
The hanging plant next to it is a variegated Hoya Compacta, or Hindu Rope Plant. This one is especially cool because three of its growths are producing yellow and red leaves right now. I have a couple of Hoyas, with the longest "rope" about 4-4.5 feet long--it was a cutting off a plant that had passed down a couple of generations- supposedly 80 years old!!
Beautiful. I hope you will post in the Land Plants category a photo of the Hoya plant. I would love a closer look!
Cheers,
BD
Very nice! How short lived is 'short lived'? Did you get it already in flower or did it spike in your conditions? I just ordered a Bssdm. Shooting Star 'black gold' a couple days ago so am very interested to find anything out. Thanks in advance!
Beautiful blooms! Enjoy the photo until the next bloom!!!
nen- It only bloomed about one-two weeks. I got it in spike. I hope you have better luck keeping yours in bloom.
