    Default Mtssa. Shelob 'Tolkien' AM/AOS

    Here are photos of the second blooming of this plant in 3 months! This is a nice Miltassis and is MUCH more compact/shorter growing than the other other two that I have. I repotted it after the first blooming and the plant fell into two pieces. I traded the smaller division that was in spike for a primo complex paph and within two weeks this larger division was in spike! Both pieces are now in s/h and growing QUICKLY! I have this plant on a tray under lights but almost against the window. Apparently it is happy!

    The plant is currently stationed on our kitchen island while in bloom. My wife mentioned last evening that this is perhaps her favorite orchid of the bunch we have. (The paphs are still safe from the Salad Shooter!)

    I love the flowers! I can't believe 2 times in 3 months - that's one hyperactive plant!

    Seems happy in your S/H too, Garland. The dark blooms on that one really stand out.
