Yes, the protocorms are growing, but not enough to open any bottles yet. (as soon as I find my camera I'll take some pictures )

Here is my update, not much has changed , I guess these plants grow slow ( and my media probably doesn't achieve the results that commercial or expertly created growing media would). There is some growth though.
