    Default Patience, guess?

I posted these pics of my Supersuk 'Eureka' x Raisin Pie 'Hsinying in the In Bloom section, when I was vey excited about how pretty the bloom was turning out to be (haven't been much of a paphanatic in the past.).. Thing is, these pictures were taken about 5 days ago and the dorsal petal STILL isn't up yet. How long does it usually take? How long do these blooms last? Anf if you can see, there is a small mini-bud above the opening bloom - will that be a bloom too, or is it just tease?

    Thanks,

    Maura

PS, some of the leaves are a bit stiff and curly - is that normal?

Don't know, Maura. My guess is if it's not up by now the dorsal may stay like that. It is kind of cute and interesting. At least yours bloomed; mine croaked. Maybe one of the paph folks can help you. Good luck!
