Not really mini, from base of plant to end of tallest leaf is 20"
Definitely the Catt influence on the shape of the overall plant and flower size.

    Hi everyone
I have a little problem with my phalaenopsis. It grows well, has flowers and new growth but suddenly the leaves turned yellow and dropped. I stopped water it but the plant does not seem healthy any more. I grow phala in medium bark and a bit of peat moss (4:1). I just do not have luch with phala, I kill many of them. In addition, is it normal to repot plant that you have just purchased regardless of the condition? a bit confused when reading other comments. Any advice given would help.

Kim Le, Many people re-pot a new orchid when they bring it home. I just carefully take my new plant out of its pot and look at the roots. If they are all good, it goes back in its pot right away. If the roots are rotted, they get cut off, and I soak the good roots in Hydrogen Peroxide until it stops fizzing. then they go into a new pot with new bark, or LECA (clay pellots).
