Question is it possible to save this paph?

this is what is left from the Paphiopedilum Winston Churchill hybrid that i bought
    my mother for a present
i took it 2 weeks ago it was in the same condition as in the picture (which i took today) dead roots and only 1 very small green leaf
i put him under flurecent light and inside a terrarium with 65% humidity and
    24c constant temp.

    A. can i still save the plant?
    B. if i can still save him, what do i have to do?

im sorry to what happened to your paph. personally I think its a goner, but I've had one
before that was almost the same state as yours, i was able to save it but placing it inside
a plastic bag, it took about 2months before it showed signs of life. Might be a worth a
try. Just soak it in a mix of rooting hormone and then leave it alone for a few weeks and
see what happens. Hopefully others more experience than I can give you better advice.

    should the bag be sealed?
What about the plant should it all be soak in the root hormone including the leaf or just the root area?
For how long it should be socked in the hormone befor i put the plant inside the nylon bag? Should i also add some hormone to the nylon bag?
How much light does it need to get ?

    gidi
yes the bag should be sealed to increase humidity, yes i soak the whole plant in rooting
hormone for about 5-10mins. I dont put rooting hormone in the bag. Occasionally I
spray a bit of fungicide in the bag. Oh and dont let the plant get too wet inside the bag
    just moist. Hope this helps.

there is no visable change at the moment
the small leaf is still green
i cut it at the base of the leaf a diagonal cut deeped it in hormone gel than planted it in a rockwool than depped the base of the rockwool in water and put it inside a small glass jar, and inside my orchidarium where it has 70% humitidy
