    Default Cirr. Daisy Chain

I'm sure this little beauty has been posted here previously, but this one has caused a bit of a stir as far as it's proper ID. I purchased this one labeled as Bulb. makoyanum when in fact, it is not. Long story short, this is the culprit and thanks again to Jim Cootes and Howard for getting to the bottom of this.

And now the fun begins..... as to the exact parents. I have seen at least three different species mentioned as the "other half" in this cross: aureum, cumingii (IOSPE PHOTOS) and amesianum (IOSPE PHOTOS). So when Jim checks in maybe he can shed some light on this conundrum. Meanwhile, Mitch, your flower is very nice, indeed! If I can get mine to put out some new pseudo bulbs, maybe I'll get to see a flower as nice as yours!!!!

Thanks, Howard. Sorry about the image not being posted in the thread, (been running back and forth to the kitchen prepping for a giant sub sandwich), but I have the Mother plant for trade if you or any one else is interested. PM me, I'll be around.
